Birth often unfolds in ways we don't expect.  Whether you are preparing for a birth with an epidural in the hospital, a medication-free birth at home, in the birth center, or in the hospital, or are having a scheduled Cesarean birth, this FREE event presented by Doulas Etc. has professional tips for you and your support person(s). An incredible time to learn new coping techniques, position changes, and tools to use during your labor.  This event is open to all prospective parents. Dress comfortably for participation in activities.  Space is limited!  We can't wait to see you!
